These terms cover the mimiragent.studio website and the Mimir subscription. By installing or buying the product you accept these terms.
What you are buying
Mimir is software developed by NaughtyDevelopment that runs partly on your computer and partly on our servers. The subscription grants the right to use the software and the server-side service; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code.
The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it. The trial lasts seven days, no card is required and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
You may not copy and distribute the product, or reverse engineer it to build and sell a derivative product. Use beyond the number of users your license covers requires the agency plan.
Fees and cancellation
Current prices are listed on the pricing page; they may be updated for new periods as exchange rates change.
When you cancel, you keep using the product until the end of the period you paid for; a price change mid-period does not affect your current subscription.
Requests to the model are served from your own provider account. That usage is not included in the subscription fee and is billed to you directly.
Liability
The product is an AI assistant that works on your behalf. Before a message goes out, a text in your store changes or a step involving money is taken, it stops and asks you; you are the one who approves.
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the generated copy, code and research before using them. The software is provided “as is”; it is not guaranteed to run without interruption or error.
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. For direct damages, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes and validity
We may change these terms. A change takes effect when it is published and the update date is renewed; if a change affects your subscription, we notify you by email.

Language
This is an English translation of the Turkish text. If the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
