AI product descriptions, in your brand voice

Mimir learns your brand voice from your product file and your site, then writes product titles, descriptions and SEO fields in the language of each market you sell in. Every text passes a quality gate, and copy you approve goes to your store as a draft.

Let Mimir write copy for a thousand products in your brand voice

  • It pulls products from your store or your product file, maps the columns on its own and learns your brand glossary from your site.

  • In the language of each market you sell in, dozens of languages from German to Arabic. Arabic copy is written in Modern Standard Arabic suited to the Gulf and set right to left.

  • It catches the wrong language, untranslated text and figures that aren't in the source before anything goes live.

How it works

  1. Bring your products

Connect your store or upload your product file; Mimir maps the columns on its own.

  2. Approve your brand voice

Mimir drafts a brand glossary and writing guidelines from your site; you refine them once.

  3. Review the copy

Each product's current and new copy sit side by side; you approve or reject with the quality gate's findings in view.

  4. Send drafts to your store

Approved copy goes to your store as drafts. A backup is taken before every change, and you can restore the previous copy.

What makes a product description SEO-friendly?

A good product description answers the buyer's question first: what it is, who it's for, why it costs what it does. Search engines and AI assistants look for the same things: the product type in the title, concrete features in the description, a one-sentence summary in the meta description.

Mimir writes the title, description, SEO title and meta description for each product together. It takes figures and features from the source; a figure that isn't in the source can't get through the quality gate.

Bulk product descriptions that read as one voice

The hard part of writing descriptions in bulk is consistency: the hundredth product should sound like the first. Mimir applies your brand glossary and guidelines to every product, so a thousand products read as if one person wrote them.

Written for each market, not translated

English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic and dozens more. Mimir doesn't translate the copy; it rewrites it in the language of the market, and each language is read again the way a native-speaking editor would. For Arabic, it uses Modern Standard Arabic for the Gulf and sets the text right to left.

Straight to your store, as drafts

Mimir connects directly to your Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, Squarespace or ikas store. New products are created as drafts buyers can't see, and a live product is never touched unless you ask. On Shopify and ikas, SEO fields and translations for your other languages go out too.

Frequently asked questions

Which languages does it write product descriptions in?

The language of each market you sell in: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic and dozens more. In every language, the copy passes a quality gate that catches the wrong language and figures that aren't in the source.

Can I see the copy before it goes live?

Yes. Each product's current and new copy appear side by side, and nothing you haven't approved is sent to your store.

Which e-commerce platforms does it send to?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, Squarespace and ikas. If you prefer files, it also prepares import files for ikas.

Will it change my live products?

Not unless you ask. New products are created as drafts. If you choose to update a live product, Mimir backs up its current fields first and takes the product off sale until you publish it again; you can restore the previous copy later.

What if it writes something that isn't in the source?

That draft never reaches you. The quality gate rejects figures that aren't in the source, the wrong language and untranslated text; then a second model reads the copy the way a native-speaking editor would.

Which AI does it use?

Your own Claude or Gemini account. Mimir doesn't ask for an API key, and usage comes straight out of your account.
