Will it run on your Mac?
Mimir runs on Apple Silicon Macs for now. Open About This Mac from the Apple menu: if the Chip line says Apple M1 or later, your Mac is supported. There is no version for Intel Macs.
Installing
Mac
Open the disk image and double-click Mimir.pkg inside it. The installer puts Mimir in your Applications folder and asks for your Mac's password to do so.
Windows
Run the installer. It asks for a language first, then installs Mimir for your user only; no administrator rights needed.
Approving on a Mac
The Mac package is not signed by Apple yet. If macOS won't open it, go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, and click Open Anyway.
Approving on Windows
The installer is not signed yet. If SmartScreen warns you, choose More info, then Run anyway.
